Learning in the Mess

I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Big ones, small ones, the kind that keep you up at night and make you question yourself. I’ve said things I regret, acted out of fear, and hurt people I care about.
For a long time, I carried shame and guilt like heavy stones in my chest. I thought I had to hide the messy parts of myself to be “acceptable.” But here’s what I’ve learned: everyone messes up. Everyone feels lost sometimes. And none of that makes you less worthy.
Each mistake has taught me something about myself—about patience, about boundaries, about forgiveness. I’ve had to face the hard truth that being human means being imperfect. And that’s okay.
So if you’ve stumbled💫🙏 , if you’ve said the wrong words, if you’ve hurt someone or yourself… know this: you are not alone. You are learning. You are growing. And the shame you carry doesn’t define you—it’s just a sign that you’re alive and trying.
