This lovely young client presented at our clinic October 2025 and had booked in with our dermal therapist Deb. With one of the angriest cases of acne that we had seen for a long time. She has been on quite the skin journey for many years trying absolutely everything. Tired many skin clinics, Dermatologists, GPs and Naturopaths, and yet her skin condition was worsening.

Her barrier was severely impaired, with major inflammation, cysts, pustules, papules and congested pores.

Deb worked gently on our client - putting together an achievable treatment plan for an 17 year old high school, student funding her own treatments.
Debs first approach was going to be improving barrier function and reducing inflammation, so we began a course of 6 Synergie salicylic peels 5%, every two weeks.

She was also prescribed achievable skincare regime that didnt break the bank. products prescribed: Biocleanse, Dermiotic, Priority B, and Enviroveil was all that has been used throughout this time.

The skin responded quickly and the inflammation and infection reduced. By this stage we could introduce to suction and remove remaining congestion.

After only two Hydrafacials, the skin was ready for needling treatments with an infusion of Synergie B Pro mixed with Synergie Superserum. Again, her skin responded quickly and the pitted scarring began to smooth and congealed blood began to clear.
