I cannot win for losing 😭 This Florida heat is KILLING me.
I promise I will not be making these overproofed loaves a habit. I’m trying so hard to perfect consistency, and right now the only thing consistent is deflated, overproofed bread 😭😂 Feeling defeated BUTTTT only learning, growing, and getting better!
Timing 40 loaves just right is a TALENT I WILL perfect. 30/40 isn’t too bad, right?! 😂
Anyway, enough of my rant. We are SO excited to be back this weekend and we have soooo many good things waiting for you guys! We’ll have cakes, cookie butter rolls, Rice Krispies, cookies, lots of new dry goods, tallow skincare, and of course plenty of sourdough baked goods.
If you’ve ever needed a weekend to stop by one of our farm stands, THIS IS THE WEEKEND to do it. We’ve been working like crazy to come back with a full selection, and we cannot wait to see you guys!
