Sometimes there aren’t enough words to fully encapsulate these moments in time. But despite the busyness of life, we made space to rediscover a sense of childlike wonder in the liminal space between what was and what’s next.

We’re so incredibly grateful to this amazing group of women who joined us in the Blue Ridge Mountains for time in nature, good food, meaningful conversations, movement, and deeper connection.

It was truly magical co-creating a retreat space with House of Fig, LLC. Thank you Indigo Retreat for giving us a soft place to land in a beautiful pocket of Pisgah National Forest.

We’re so excited to share more Coastal Alchemy retreats for 2027. But in the meantime, we’re savoring these sweet moments from the mountains and feeling incredibly grateful for the memories we made together.

We spent Friday night moving, reflecting, and setting intentions for the season ahead.

We loved partnering with HiLo House | Lagree Megaformer & VersaClimber Studio DE & PA for our Fall Reset starting with Lagree on the Mega before slowing things down with a guided vision board experience designed to help everyone reflect on what they want to make space for this fall.

You can continue practicing yoga with Lindsay in Wilmington, DE at the Brandywine Town Center on Saturdays at 9am and Scout Café in the Garden on Mondays at 6:30a.

Please note Sat morning yoga is moving to Brandywine Town Center, while Rockwood museum is under renovation.

Lindsay also teaches private groups and offers 1:1 programming. DM for more info.

Join Coastal Alchemy and bloom daily planners® for a morning designed for women to move, connect, and enjoy a little shopping!

We’ll kick things off with coffee and time to connect before heading out for a relaxed group walk around the reservoir. Walk at your own pace, meet someone new, and enjoy a fall morning outside together.

After the walk, we’ll gather back at bloom to shop their collection of planners, stationery, gifts, and more. We’ll also have a special door prize for those who register.

Come solo or bring a friend, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect along the way.
