Bodhi Bridge

For businesss-type and advocacy folks and folks whose lifeways includes earth care… register for the Level Up Academy starting on Friday January 17th. I will be among a beautiful suite of leaders offering sessions for various stages of your development.

I am leading a session on a topic I have worked with all kinds of groups on leading up to and beyond the election **SELF-REGULATION TOOLBOX** We all have tools at our disposal we already use or that we are curious about to help bring our nervous system back to center when we are disregulated from personal trauma reminders all the way to the chaos of maintaining a business in a rapidly changing world.

My goal is to empower you for quick action to move to a steady mind when you face stress and still have to make decisions. I am offering the view of the ocean because even this scene is a matter of perspective and how our mind navigates it. Pura vida 🌴

A place to practice. A place to gather. Both will be set up for people looking for a place tomorrow with a stellar instructor. Message us for a spot.

Will be breathing in the jungle on live Friday 3 January 7 am CST if you want to join me

Will be at CSU Spur on Thursday with RawTools for this free public health event. Consider coming out if you can use some tools for your resiliency

Thanks to our guests we kept it bright and cheery inside today working on a community mural for 🎨 ❤️

We hosted with the caregiver/youth art collective, The Breakfast Club, to invite people to pause and connect with themselves and one another for a creative and collaborative moment.

The Club looks forward to hosting more relational experiences including a caregiver and youth art show during summer break. Thank you City of Westminster Parks, Recreation & Libraries for including us in the showcase today. We can’t wait to get outside and finish this community piece as we dry out.

Until then… pause, breathe, ground, interact with those you love, and take a creative moment ❤️
