Sacred Smoke and Rituals

Looking 👀 at these POUND Jewelry pendulums adorning these beautiful souls is tear jerking! 🥺 Here's the story...
The relationship between a woman and her pendulum is far more than a simple practice of divination; or wearing a crystal for its beauty. To me, it is a profound, mystical dialogue between the subconscious and conscious self and the unseen currents of the universe. For centuries, women have adorned themselves with these sacred tools, wearing them as necklaces over their hearts or carrying them in velvet pouches, treating them as extensions of their own intuition and spiritual anatomy. This is an expression of the highest self.
When a woman holds a pendulum to discover if they belong together, I witness a subtle alchemy that occurs between her and the crystal. This reflects her deep inner wisdom the seeker of the crystal and the.codea the pendulum itself holds that goes beyond words. They each recognize their unique energy signature. If they match, they come together. If they don't, every single woman returns the pendulum to the rack. I look away and hold my breath, for this is her moment at the crossroads. She knows. She trusts. She uncovers what is deeply hidden in her intuition . When a woman places the pendulum back, she's not disappointed. She gazes with a mystical reverence and knows that it's for another person. What I love most in that moment is I see she's holding out for the right relationship. Pure power.
✨
Each time a POUND jewelry piece is touched, I am completely moved by how each woman tunes into her inner authority from her ancient wisdom and inner vibrations, chooses what will happen next through the truth of her energy and rhythms. The ego is not present. That's the magic, right there, that I see happening with each purchase.✨
The way the pendulum rests on near their hearts and the glow on their beautiful soul filled faces is exactly why I carry these one of a kind pieces.
I mean , WOW 🤯, these women!! They are beyond ✨!!
I restocked lapis, black tourmaline, clear quartz, moss agate, and garnet!

Something is stirring at Sacred Smoke & Ritual as Samhain is approaching. After my first self-guided ancestral walk through the forest, crossing creeks, wandering wild fields, gathering herbs, and learning the folk traditions and lifeways of those who came before me, I felt a deeper connection to the wisdom carried through generations. Through my ancestors' inherited practices, my innate connection to nature, and the inner knowing within the bones, I learned old rituals, herbs and remedies, the power of smoke and fire in the night, the sacred meaning of offerings, the protection found in ancient wisdom, and the seasonal practices passed from hand to hand and heart to heart.
This Samhain, I’m bringing that ancestral wisdom into an exclusive collection created for rituals of reverence for the wisdom in our bones, remembrance, ritual, and connection with ancient ways of knowing.
Small batch. Intentionally crafted. Rooted in herbs, folk tradition, seasonal ritual, and the sacred relationship between our ancestors and the land.
Samhain ’26 is coming…
And I am creating this one with the ancestors close at hand.

🩸✨ Just in time for the season! ✨💋

Welcome, Autumn. You gift us with a season of balance and reflection. As the days shorten and the air turns crisp, we find gratitude in the quieting garden, marking the year’s second harvest. In the crisp air, we gather what remains: apples, roots, stories, and gratitude. This is a time to honor the land’s slowing rhythm, to weave warmth from fire, smoke, rituals, and outdoor gatherings. We will take our harvest of lessons and dreams, tucking them into our hearts like seeds for the year to come. Thank you for this moment of stillness and gratitude before the sacred descent into the shadow and rest, for within your turning lies the quiet promise of regeneration.

What a day!!

What an incredible weekend at the St. Louis Renaissance Festival! 🏰✨

There is something truly magical about stepping into the Fair and being surrounded by creativity, laughter, music, and so many beautiful souls. This weekend was extra special, celebrating a new successful season, making new friends, and reuniting with old ones who feel more like family every time we meet.

That’s the joy of Ren Fest family. ❤️ We may come from different places and different walks of life, but somehow, when we gather, it feels like coming home. The laughter, the costumes, the music, the stories, the late nights, and all the little moments in between become memories we carry with us long after the gates close.

I’m also grateful for the sacred moments of slowing down, connecting with intention, and honoring the old ways and personal rituals of a season. There is something beautiful about creating space to share your craft, provide goods and service that make someone's life better than when they first walked in the Ren Festival grounds!

Last night I took time to reflect,
on how generously we care, authenticity connect, excitedly share, and simply enjoy being present with one another without judgement.🌿🔥

The St. Louis Renaissance Festival and all of us who are part of this amazing community makes this special time of year more meaningful.
