I tailor a one hour training session to your needs and personality. I bring music and any other equipment you don't already have. I utilize free weights, therabands, a medicine ball, kettle bells, an exercise ball and a yoga mat. I also offer meditation and aromatherapy services featuring DoTerra Essential Oils. PACKAGES:
