To help keep appointments running smoothly, please plan to arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time if you are commuting by driving. Arriving early allows you enough time to download the required parking app, register your vehicle, and start your parking session before your appointment begins.

Please note that the 10 minute grace period applies to the time you are expected to be seated in the chair, not your arrival to the parking lot. If you are not in the chair by the end of the 10 minute grace period, a late fee will still be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and will need to be rescheduled.

I truly appreciate every client who chooses to support my business. Because I operate my business from home, I want to remind everyone that while my business is located in my home, it is still a professional business and should be treated as such.

Please respect my time by arriving on time, communicating during business hours, and honoring your scheduled appointment. I also have a family that depends on me, so I ask that you respect the balance between my business and personal life. Texting outside of business hours is not an option and is non-negotiable.

Please respect my space by following all business policies and helping me maintain a peaceful, professional environment. Most importantly, please respect my boundaries by separating business from personal. Receiving services in my home does not change my pricing, policies, scheduling, or the professional relationship we have. This goes for both clients and family.

To ensure fairness and proper scheduling for all clients, appointments will not be booked more than 30 days in advance. This policy is non-negotiable and has been in place for years now. Planning within my booking window allows me to better manage my business while also being present for my family.
