Baerfoot Reflexology and Massage

If you're feeling lost or overwhelmed, stop what you're doing and take a break. Go take a walk, jump in the ocean, do a workout, dance to wild music, get a massage, do some mindful movement, or plan a trip away to reset and recharge. We have to take care of ourselves, especially when we're feeling the weight of the world on our shoulders. For me, it's getting out in nature. What's yours? Go do it!! 💚

Mother's Day is just around the corner! Share the gift of health and wellness. Gift certificates available for massage, reflexology, or reiki sessions. Digital or printed versions are available.

During the season of Spring, much like flowers, we ourselves are waking from our Winter slumber. Shedding our old stories and shaking off the confining energies of the cold winter months. We raise our faces to bask in the beautiful sunlight, fully allowing her rays to permiate our cells with loving, life-giving energy. Grounding down through our roots, we feel the support of Mother Earth move up through our bodies as we take in a deep breath, spreading our arms wide, courageously blooming, and exhaling our beautiful, unique colors, energy, and magic into the world. Embrace your amazingness!!

It's that time of year again!!! Give the gift of massage to someone you love!!
