Wouldn't this be a fun place for a ladies' night out or for your friend's surprise birthday party? We'll supply the space, you create the memories!

What is your favorite thing about fall?

Next week, Sheryle is back in the building! And we love having Sheryle in the building! She's part of the reason we're here! (Scroll back to see that story)
Her classes filled quickly as always, but she does have two spots left in her 3:45 class! Contact her asap if you want one!

If you would have told me 2-1/2 years ago that this room would be filled with so many baby showers each month, I wouldn't have believed you. But it's such the perfect space for one.

Almost two years ago we held our son's rehearsal dinner here, one of the first events in the building. Tonight someone has booked the space for another rehearsal dinner. It's been fun to watch what Building 122 has been used for in the past two years.

Open Availability.
Building 122 is bustling on the weekends with showers and parties!
But the building isn't usually used on Tuesdays.
We are looking for someone that might want a day rate to use the space that day. This could be for classes, meetings, events, something consistent where you and your employees or clients can land. It could be once a month or every Tuesday. If this might fit your needs, let's chat!
