When the filler has migrated outside the natural lip order, adding more filler isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes the best next step is to dissolve the migrated filler, reassess the lip structure, and create a cleaner foundation before considering future enhancement.

Depending on the migration, we may be able to target the areas that need correction rather than automatically dissolving everything.

The goal? Better shape, balance, and structure.

SALINE REMOVAL FOR EYEBROWS AND TINY TATTOOS

You’re allowed to change your mind, even about something you thought was permanent.

if you have old permanent makeup, unwanted eyebrow pigment, or a tiny tattoo you no longer love, saline removal may help gradually lighten the pigment over a series of sessions.

Unlike an instant erase, saline tattoo removal is a controlled lightning process. The number of sessions needed will depend on factors like pigment, depth, saturation, age of tattoo, or PMU, and your desired results.

Sometimes starting fresh means removing with no longer feels like YOU.

Before adding more filler… Make sure your existing filler is where it should be.
If your lips look uneven, feel lumpy, have lost their desired shape, or you’re concerned about migrated lip filler, adding more product may not always be the best step.

Sometimes the better option is to assess what’s already there and determine whether lip filler correction or dissolving should be first.
