Road construction on Lincolnway continues today, and the road directly in front of Wildflower Beauty Bar is closed.

Please plan an alternate route and allow a little extra time to get to your appointment!

Good news! You can still access the salon! There are barricades at the end of Wayne Street, but cars are permitted to come through so you can park in front of the salon. Parking is also available in the back lot.

🚧 Lincolnway will be closed from Campbell Street to Weston Street.

Please plan to take an alternate route and allow yourself a few extra minutes to get to your appointment. Our salon and parking are still accessible!

➡️You can access the front parking lot from Wayne Street via Jefferson or Chicago Street.

➡️The back parking lot is also accessible through the alleyway off those same streets.

➡️Street parking will also be available on Wayne Street for your convenience.

We were just informed by the crew working on the project by the salon to replace the sewer and water lines that Lincolnway will be closed from Campbell Street to Weston Street from Tuesday, October 6th through Friday, October 9th.

Our clients can still easily access our parking areas:

📍 Front parking lot: Access from Wayne Street via Jefferson Street or Chicago Street.

📍 Back parking lot: Access through the alleyway off Jefferson Street or Chicago Street.

🚧CONSTRUCTION UPDATE! 🚧

We have a little more information about the Lincolnway construction!

I spoke with the crew leader on the project, who told me they’ll be replacing sewer tiles and installing new water lines from Weston St. to Campbell St. These new water lines will tie into the water lines behind Franklin House. That’s why Lincolnway will need to be closed for a couple of days so the crew can cross over to us.

The latest estimate is a 1–2 day closure of Lincolnway from Weston Street to Campbell Street (🚨you will not be able to access our parking lots from Lincolnway) around September 30–October 1 — weather permitting. This date is not 100% confirmed and may change.

🌼 WE WILL REMAIN OPEN! 🌼

During the closure, you can still get to us by:
Jefferson St. or Chicago St. to Wayne St., head south to our salon parking lot or street parking. Or you can access the alley from Jefferson or Chicago to our back parking lot.

The Post Office parking lot next door is a short walk to our salon too!

🎉 AND SOME GOOD NEWS!
I also confirmed that the Lincolway & Campbell Street roundabout is NOT happening anytime soon! We were told it will likely be sometime in 2027 or even 2028 before work begins on the roundabout.
