Today was a difficult morning at the market, and I left feeling very disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated.

I have always tried to show up for my customers, support the market, and represent my small business with kindness and professionalism. I understand that markets have rules and procedures, and I am always willing to follow them. What I believe everyone deserves, however, is to be treated with respect and kindness while doing so.

I am taking some time to process what happened and will be addressing my concerns through the appropriate channels. I am grateful for the customers who continue to support Gigi’s Soapery and remind me why I love what I do.
