Traditionally, yoni steaming has been used as part of feminine self care surrounding the menstrual cycle, postpartum traditions, life transitions, relaxation, and intimate wellness.

✨ HOW TO USE
Boil 6 to 8 cups of water.
Add ½ to 1 cup of herbs and allow them to steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
Pour the infusion into your sitz seat and place it securely over your toilet.
ALWAYS test the temperature first. The steam should feel comfortably warm, never hot.
Sit and relax for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Use occasionally as part of your personal self care ritual.

Yoni steaming is a traditional wellness practice and is not a medical treatment. Steam that is too hot can burn delicate tissue.

Do not steam while pregnant, during heavy menstrual bleeding, with unexplained vaginal bleeding, or when experiencing an active vaginal or pelvic infection. Hierve de 6 a 8 tazas de agua.
Agrega de ½ a 1 taza de hierbas y déjalas reposar durante 10 a 15 minutos.
