For years, I’ve made this herbal iron tonic syrup using a blend of nourishing herbs and foods traditionally used to support iron intake, including nettle, parsley, goji berries, yellow dock, apricot, and blackstrap molasses. 🌿

It’s a delicious way to incorporate more iron-rich foods and herbs into your routine, especially for women who may need a little extra nutritional support during times of increased iron needs.
