It all started with the dogs...🐶
Before CBD Dog Health became what it is today, there was Angela, the animals she loved, and a mission to find a different way to support them.
A lot has happened in 10 years.

What a difference a decade makes. 🥹
One mission, and a belief that pet guardians deserved more natural ways to support the animals they love.
Ten years later, that mission hasn’t changed, but our lineup sure has. 🌿
Every formula we’ve added along the way has been inspired by the pets we’ve cared for, the pet parents we’ve listened to, and everything we’ve learned over the last decade.

Our founder, Angela Ardolino, loved her first dog deeply and made the best decisions she could with what she knew at the time.
But knowing what she knows now, there are choices she would make differently.
She would ask more questions.
Research more deeply.
Trust her instincts.
And keep searching when something didn’t feel right.
She can’t go back and change her dog’s story, but she can share what that experience taught her.
That journey ultimately became CBD Dog Health. For 10 years, our mission has been to help pet parents feel more informed, explore natural ways to support their pets, and become confident advocates for the animals they love.
Angela often says she made mistakes with her first dog so other pet guardian don’t have to.
Everything we’ve learned since, and everything we continue to learn, is part of that legacy. 💚

Veterinary school covers an enormous amount of information, but nutrition may not always get the attention pet parents assume it does. For this veterinarian, much of her deeper nutrition education came later, through continuing to learn, asking questions, and exploring holistic approaches to animal wellness.
