Fresh hand picked eucalyptus and homegrown lavender or blue sage hand rolled all by me!

When you hang eucalyptus in the shower, the steam releases the essential oils of the eucalyptus plant, which can aid in clearing nasal congestion and inflammation related to sinus and bronchial infections.

Benefits of eucalyptus in the shower:

•Stress reduction. For some people, the scent of eucalyptus can produce an immediate sense of calm.

•Anxiety relief.

•Pain relief.

•Respiratory health.

•Sinusitis.

Still making custom intention candles for you all! 🥰

This one features rose quartz and rainbow moonstone plus roses with white sage.

The crystals promote self-love, healing, balance of energies, and alignment.

The herbs are for cleansing, purification, and love.

I hope everyone’s having a great week so far!! 🌝🌚
