Beth White Mountain is the owner of Morning Sun Wellness, LLC, located in The Red Thread Center in Stuart, Florida. Beth has been studying and practicing Holistic Health for over 25 years.
•She graduated from the Alpha School of Massage of the Treasure Coast in Port St. Lucie, Fl in 1996.
•Beth studied herbalism under Michael and Leslie Tierra and is a graduate of the East West School of Herbology. She is trained to look at the patterns of dis-ease the person is presenting and identify the root causes behind underlying conditions. The energetics of the person’s constitution & imbalances are considered and personalized herbal formulas are implemented. Herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda (from India) and/or Western Herbalism are applied. Beth also makes custom formulas by hand. In an herbal consultation, lifestyle and diet recommendations are also recommended. Her training at East West school also included bodywork therapies such as Cupping, Gua Sha and Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeding) of which she also offers to her clients.
•Studied and mentored with herbalist, Matthew Alfs, author, teacher, and owner of The Midwest School of Herbal studies located in Minnesota.
•Studied with Linda Black Elk, ethnobotanist, at Sitting Bull College on the Standing Rock Sioux Indian Reservation in North Dakota.
•Certified in Ayurvedic bodywork and lifestyle practices through Dr. Shivani Sood of the Shivani Ayurvedic Clinic in Dharmsala, India where she was trained in Abhyanga massage using Doshic (constitutional) specific oils, Marma (Vital Points) Therapy, and Pranic Healing energy work, as well as Ayurvedic diet, herbalism and cleansing.
•Completed the 6 levels of Nuad Bo, Tradition Massage of Thailand and Reflexology at the ITM school in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
•Studied Traditional Hawaiian Lomilomi massage on the Big Island of Hawaii under renown healer, Harry Uhane Jim, learning the physical, philosophical and spiritual aspects of Lomilomi.
•Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in the Bahamas, becoming a certified Yoga instructor.
•Volunteered for Wild Roots People’s Clinic, a sliding-scale virtual herb clinic based out of Omaha, Nebraska, and has been a volunteer community herb teacher through Herbalists Without Borders in South Dakota. In addition, Beth has been offering free monthly herb talks in Stuart, Florida at Hani Honey Company since 2022. Morning Sun Wellness LLC is the culmination of Beth’s variety of healing gifts and modalities. She is available by appointment.

It's official! Today I leave The Red Thread Center, Inc. It has been a beautiful space and I am truly thankful for Darcy Flierl for the opportunity here. But as many of my clients know, I was sharing a room and as my schedule is filling, it is time to spread my wings and fly to my own room ❤️. Starting today, my new office is officially at Banyan Soul Yoga Studio Jensen Beach studio, which is literally walking distance from my house! I love that! And I love that all my documentations I needed to open, came into affect today, September 21st...Equinox! So auspicious ❤️. I'm thankful for Holly Bubas LeBon for offering the massage room to me for Morning Sun Wellness LLC to continue and grow. So much to be thankful for 🙏! I will post pictures of my new space soon, stay tuned!

Morning Sun Wellness offers Ayurvedic bodywork and energy-based services designed to support relaxation, balance and overall well-being at its Stuart office.
Beth White Mountain studied Ayurvedic bodywork and diet and lifestyle practices in India in 2004 with Dr. Shivani Sood and Dr. Mahesh of Shivani Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a traditional Indian system of wellness rooted in ancient Vedic teachings and focused on supporting balance through individualized practices.
White Mountain offers abhyanga-marma massage using warm herbal-infused oils selected according to a person’s dosha or constitutional mind-body type. Broad massage strokes support circulation while pressure is applied to marma points traditionally associated with different areas and systems of the body. White Mountain says benefits can include stress reduction, improved sleep, improved digestion and assisted detoxification.
Ayurvedic herbal face and head massage uses warm herbal oils and includes a vigorous yet relaxing head massage along with marma points on the face and scalp.
Pranic Healing works with the subtle energy field around the body to energize, clear and balance prana or life force.

Every Tuesday, I do home visit massages at Assisted Living Homes. I bring my massage music, essential oils, and lotions. I do the massage right in the wheelchair to make it easier for people with limited mobility. Some clients wear shorts and tank tops so I can use more lotions, other stay dressed as usual and I massage over the clothes only using lotion on the neck and hands & arms. My clients get an hour massage and includes neck, head, shoulders, back, arm, hands, legs and feet.
