The Salty Dog is a Custom Carolina Express Sportfish built by Craig Blackwell. Fish aboard the Salty Dog.
She is powered by a Caterpillar 3412. The salon and cabins were completely redone in 2009. She has state of the art electronics with a Garmin Chart Plotter and Depth finder and a Furuno Radar. We have a wide range of tackle offerings from Fly fishing for dolphin and sailfish to pulling lures for Blue Marlin, we can match the trip your looking for. We will be docked in Stuart, FL at Pirates Cove Marina through March. Check out the website for up to date rates. We also offer trips out of Charleston, SC from late April through July. From there its on to Manteo, NC to fish for Tuna and White Marlin.
