Every body has a rhythm. Let’s move together.

NUHB Movement™ | Face. Body. Wellness.

My movement uses 1.2-pound per Jetti Weighted Walking Poles (Total of 2.4 Lbs) and weighted 1.5lbs arm weights while working my arms and upper back while adding cardio-based dance movement. It’s a fun way to show that you can still use weights while moving to the rhythm and getting your heart rate up.
