Bridesmaid Beauty! ✨
Love Rebecca Franke and loved working with her for her bestie’s wedding day!
Hair- Rebecca has gorgeous natural curl to work with and wanted a half up half down keeping her natural curls. So just touched up the little curls that needed a little more spring and pinned it up with a waterfall pony. So pretty!
Makeup- just a soft, glowy natural glam with warm tones to make her stunning eyes stand out. She was wearing a terracotta colored dress so matched the tones for her makeup. Love!! ❤️

Baby Blues!! 👀🩵
Gorgeous Bride Kaeleigh had the most beautiful blue eyes! She asked for natural glam, peachy makeup that would make her eyes pop! Then Hollywood waves with the sides tucked back behind her ears. Clean, polished and glowing! ✨
Kaeleigh is also a local SF photographer so I was so happy to take care of her for her amazing day!!!

✨ 20 YEARS! ✨
I can’t quite believe I’m typing that.
In October 2006, I started Platinum Imagination Hair & Makeup.
I certainly didn’t have a crystal ball telling me where this little business would take me or that I’d still be doing what I love 20 YEARS later. 😂
Since then, there have been hundreds of brides, thousands of faces, photo shoots, TV and video productions, VERY early wedding mornings, makeup lessons, changing trends, changing eyebrows 😂 and more cans of hairspray than I could possibly count.
I’ve watched the beauty industry completely change.
Social media changed it. Photography changed. Weddings changed. Trends come and go at lightning speed now — and after 20 years, I’ve even watched some of them disappear and come back again!
And of course, I’ve changed too.
But one thing hasn’t changed.
I still love that moment when someone looks in the mirror and feels beautiful, confident and completely like themselves.
That’s the part that got me into this crazy career in the first place, and 20 years later, it’s still the best part. ❤️
So I decided I’m definitely NOT letting this milestone quietly slip by.
Throughout October I’m going to celebrate 20 Years of Platinum — digging through old photos, sharing some favorite clients and moments, doing a little then & now, revisiting beauty trends we may or may not want to admit happened 😂 and talking about some of the things I’ve learned along the way.
To every bride and client who has trusted me with their face or hair…
Every photographer, wedding professional, business and creative who has worked beside me…
And every person who has recommended my name, shared my work, supported my business or cheered me on…
THANK YOU.
You’re part of these 20 years too. ❤️
And apparently I’m not done yet. 😉
Still creating.
Still learning.
Still evolving.
Still having fun.
And still really damn happy I chose this career.

✨ 20 YEARS! ✨

In October 2006, I started Platinum Imagination Hair & Makeup.

Engagement Session Hair & Makeup! ✨💄
Bride to be gorgeous Miss Kayla finally got to come in for her engagement session hair and makeup!! The rain has been such an issue for outdoor pics and weddings this fall! But the sun came out for this beautiful lady and her fiancé! 🙌🏻
For Makeup- She said give it the gas!!! Full glam baby!!! 🔥Yea!! Did a slightly Smokey matte eye (Hung Vanngo Beauty and Charlotte Tilbury, CBE for the win!) with a tiny wing, a touch of rose color and full lash. Then beautiful cream fair bronzer from Charlotte Tilbury, CBE, flush of Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez blush and glow, ColourPop Cosmetics lip pencil and NYX Professional Makeup lip butter on top. Always prep with Skin Prep for Makeup and ONE/SIZE for oil control.. and sealed with Charlotte Tilbury, CBE and ONE/SIZE for durability. FACE atelier always for that air brushed finish!
For Hair- decided due to the very humid weather and the thickness of her hair plus her fabulous dress she was going to wear, a fun, twisted French twist upstyle with deep part to the side was perfect!!
Kayla was so much fun and we had the best time getting her ready! Her wedding day next year will be a fantastic fun time!!

Business Branding Makeup & Hair! ✨
This beautiful lady came in for her Business Branding photo shoot makeup & hair! We chatted at first and addressed the things she likes and was concerned about. She has stunning almond shaped eyes and wanted to open them up so you could see more of her beautiful eye color and highlight her stunning cheekbones. Check and check! ✅✅

Soft glow.. Major Impact!!
Major impact indeed! 🔥 Gorgeous Bride Avery made a statement when she walked down her aisle!! She asked for natural glam that matched her stunning dress and then her perfect twisted hairstyle. HMUA- Angelique SIOUX FALLS MAKEUP ARTIST & HAIR
For Makeup- Needed to control oil and shine as long as possible for her day! So I pulled out the maximum control products to keep her matte. Used FACE atelier my favorite skin-perfecting foundation 😍 Charlotte Tilbury, CBE and Hung Vanngo Beauty on her eyes, Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez on the cheeks plus Patrick Ta Beauty cheek meld.. lip was ColourPop Cosmetics BFF 2 with Morphe lip color. All set with ONE/SIZE and When makeup has to hold perfectly…
For Hair- did a beautiful French twist with a few tendrils hanging down.
“The Most Perfect day for stunning Bride Maggie!” ✨
It was an absolute perfect wedding day for my Bride Maggie! From getting ready at the fabulous to photography with .moser .. then off to a dreamy romantic wedding ceremony and reception in her family’s corn field! The reception was absolutely stunning and created by with , and for floral!
Maggie chose my Ultimate VIP Package and it was perfection for her day! We did her bridal hair and makeup in the morning, then I was with her through all her photos before the ceremony. Making sure the wind and hot sun didn’t mess with beautiful look. Then onto the ceremony and taking care of her after ceremony with touch ups and then one final hair change.. all down! It was hot but she looked stunning all day 🥹🤍
