Hi, I’m Gem! Hairstylist, bridal artist, educator, mentor, salon owner, and one half of the twin duo behind B&B Salon + Boutique and G&G Beauty.

I’ve been in this industry for years, and somehow I still love what I do just as much. Honestly, probably even more.

What started as simply loving hair has turned into a career and life I could have never fully imagined. I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many incredible clients and brides, travel for my craft, educate other artists, build businesses, and most importantly, build a team of women I’m SO proud of.

At this point in my career, success looks different to me.

It’s not just about being booked or busy. It’s about creating something with intention. Building a beautiful brand. Creating opportunities. Pouring into my team. Raising the standard. And building something that will continue to grow far beyond me.

I love luxury. I love beautiful things. I love making people feel beautiful. But more than anything, I love creating an experience and making people feel taken care of.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, but I have an even bigger vision for where we’re going.

More growth. More education. More opportunities. More life. And a whole lot more to come.

If you know Gel & I, you know we’ve been die-hard ARMY since 2020. We missed our chance for the PTD tour, cried our way through & solo tours, and now we finally get to experience our very first OT7 concert TOGETHER 🥹

This trip means so much to us because it’s also our first real sisters trip since opening & . For once, we’re putting the emails, schedules, leadership roles, and salon owner life on pause.

This week we are not business owners…
We are ARMY 💜

We will be out of office and will not be responding to emails or inquiries until May 29th. We’ll be back rejuvenated, emotional, probably sleep deprived, and SO HAPPY 😭😂
