After many years of life, I’ve come to understand myself more deeply—what is the right job for me, what foods nourish me, and what kind of energy and vibration align with who I am.
Even finding the right hairstylist matters. 😊
I finally found the person I was looking for: Ronda at Raymond Rodriguez Salon in Sedona.
She is meditative, calm, present, and professional. Sitting in her chair feels peaceful, and I appreciate the care and energy she brings to her work.
Sometimes, it’s not just about a haircut. It’s about finding the right person, energy, and connection. ✨
My acupuncturist said I have frozen shoulder in my right arm.
Instead of focusing only on the pain, I went to Bell Rock and meditated deeply.
During meditation, I heard an inner message:
“Do brain wave vibration for 30 minutes.”
After practicing it for 30 minutes, I realized that my intestines were holding deep stress and tension. The blocked energy was moving up into my neck and shoulders, creating pain.
Today, I am fasting to help release the tension stored in my intestines and allow the energy to flow more freely.
I realized once again that outer problems cannot be solved only on the surface. The real answer begins deep within the subconscious mind.
