A Message from Your Ribs: "We were designed to move."
Many people think of the rib cage as a rigid protective structure.
In reality, healthy ribs are constantly moving.
Every breath creates expansion and recoil. Every twist, reach, bend, and step influences rib motion.
When breathing becomes shallow or stress becomes chronic, rib mobility often decreases.
The result can be stiffness through the neck, shoulders, thoracic spine, and even the low back.
Many clients are surprised to discover that improving rib mobility changes how their entire body feels.
Your ribs don't want to be a cage.
They want to be part of a dynamic breathing system.
One of the best ways to thank them is with a thoughtful, whole-body massage. Every session at Massage Reimagined is designed to help your body move better, breathe easier, and share the workload the way it was meant to.
Your muscles have been trying to get your attention. Maybe it's time to listen.

A Message from Your Pelvic Floor, "We're exhausted from holding everything together."
The pelvic floor is often misunderstood.
Many people don't think about it until something goes wrong.
Yet this group of muscles plays an important role in stability, breathing, continence, sexual function, and core support.
The pelvic floor works closely with the diaphragm and deep abdominal muscles. Together, they create pressure management throughout the body.
When stress becomes chronic, many people unconsciously hold tension in the pelvic floor just as they do in their shoulders or jaw.
Sometimes the problem isn't weakness.
Sometimes it's that these muscles never get permission to relax.
One of the best ways to thank them is with a thoughtful, whole-body massage. Every session at Massage Reimagined is designed to help your body move better, breathe easier, and share the workload the way it was meant to.
Your muscles have been trying to get your attention. Maybe it's time to listen.

A Message from Your Calves, "We've been carrying you this whole time."
Your calves are among the hardest-working muscles in your body.
Every step, every staircase, every walk around the block depends on them.
Yet most people only notice them when they cramp, tighten up, or start complaining.
The calves act like shock absorbers for the entire body. They help manage forces moving between the feet, knees, hips, and spine.
When mobility decreases in the ankles, the calves often become overworked.
When stress levels rise, they frequently become more guarded.
When movement decreases, circulation often suffers.
One of the best ways to thank them is with a thoughtful, whole-body massage. Every session at Massage Reimagined is designed to help your body move better, breathe easier, and share the workload the way it was meant to.
Your muscles have been trying to get your attention. Maybe it's time to listen.

The Missing Muscle Report
An Official Memo from the Muscle Complaint Department at Massage Reimagined.
After a thorough investigation, the department has discovered a recurring issue.
Clients keep asking:
"What muscle is causing my pain?"
The answer is often surprising.
Sometimes the muscle causing symptoms isn't the muscle creating the problem.
Bodies operate as systems.
Pain is often the final stop in a long chain of compensation.
The shoulder may complain because of breathing mechanics.
The low back may complain because the hips aren't contributing.
The neck may complain because the nervous system never feels safe enough to relax.
The search for the missing muscles is often really a search for the missing relationship.
The final report concludes: "The body is smarter and more connected than most people realize."
One of the best ways to thank your muscles is with a thoughtful, whole-body massage. Every session at Massage Reimagined is designed to help your body move better, breathe easier, and share the workload the way it was meant to.
Your muscles have been trying to get your attention. Maybe it's time to listen.

A couples session can feel completely different depending on a handful of choices you make before you walk through our doors.
After hosting hundreds of pairs (date nights, anniversaries, sisters, mothers and daughters, best friends who finally cleared a Saturday), we've noticed a pattern. The couples who leave most restored arrive having thought through a few simple things.
Here's what we'd share with anyone planning their first one:
Decide on the room together. Same table side by side creates a shared, connected experience. Separate rooms allow each of you to fully disappear into your own session. Neither is better. They're just different doors into the same sanctuary.
Choose your style independently. One of you might need deep, targeted work through the shoulders while the other wants the slow, flowing rhythm of Lomi Lomi. You don't have to match. In fact, the session often lands deeper when each person chooses what their body is actually asking for.
Arrive with intention. A few quiet minutes in the lounge before your session, phones away, sets the tone for everything that follows.
Talk about it after. The conversation on the drive home, what you noticed, what released, what surprised you, is often where the real integration happens.
A little forethought, a softer landing. 🌿

2008. That's the year Angela graduated from Brenneke-Cortiva Institute and started listening to bodies for a living.
Nearly two decades later, her hands have learned things textbooks can't teach. The way a shoulder guards a story it hasn't told yet. The difference between tension that wants pressure and tension that needs patience. The quiet shift in breath when a client finally lets go.
Since that first credential, she has continued studying. Craniosacral therapy. Deep Lomi Thai Fusion. Traditional Lomi Lomi. Myofascial and neuromuscular techniques. Swedish and deep tissue. Each modality is another language for the same conversation, your body's.
What this means for you is simple. When you arrive, you don't have to know the right words for what hurts. You can say, "this side feels heavier," or "I'm not sure what's going on here," and Angela will meet you there. You're also welcome to ask mid-session: "Can we slow down on this spot?" or "Could the pressure be lighter through my shoulders?" Your feedback shapes the work.
Eighteen years of curiosity. One pair of hands that have been paying very close attention. 🌿

Most people picture a four-hand massage as two therapists taking turns on the same tight shoulder. What actually happens is something your nervous system has likely never encountered before.
Your brain is wired to track touch. One hand on your calf, another at your shoulder, it follows along, anticipating, quietly staying in control. Now add two more hands moving somewhere else entirely. The tracking breaks down.
That breakdown is the point. When your mind can no longer predict where the next stroke is coming from, it stops bracing. The guard you didn't know you were holding simply lowers itself.
Our four-hand sessions are intuitive, not choreographed. Two therapists reading your body in real time, moving across it simultaneously, so there is nothing for your thinking mind to follow. What's left is breath deepening, muscles releasing, and a stillness most people describe as the deepest relaxation they have ever felt.
It isn't more pressure. It's a completely different experience. 🌿

Most massages treat your shoulder, then your back, then your legs, as if your body were a list of separate parts.
Deep Lomi doesn't.
Our Deep Lomi Thai Fusion uses hands, forearms, elbows, and shoulders to move tension through the body in long, connected strokes. The work flows where you do.
Three things make this bodywork feel different from anything you've experienced on a table before:
→ Your body is treated as one unit, not a checklist
→ Real depth, without the bracing or sharp edges
→ Every session is shaped to what your body is asking for that day
Swipe through to see what to look for, and what to expect when the technique actually fits how your body works. 🌿

Two therapists. Four hands. One nervous system that suddenly doesn't know where to focus, so it finally lets go.
That's the moment most clients describe after their first Four-Hand session. And it's also the experience people ask us about more than any other, usually with the same quiet question: "Am I ready for that?"
Here's the honest answer we give in the studio. A Four-Hand session isn't about intensity. It's about depth of presence. When two therapists move in synchronized flow around you, your mind stops tracking, stops anticipating, and drops into something closer to stillness than sleep.
The deciding factor is which version suits you. Our Deep Lomi Relaxation Four-Hand is for the client who wants to be carried somewhere quiet, with long flowing strokes and a dreamlike rhythm. The Ultra Deep Four-Hand is built for athletes and durable bodies who want sustained, targeted pressure that one therapist simply can't deliver alone.
Three questions usually help clients decide. Are you seeking restoration or deep release? Have you experienced a full-body session before? And where does your pressure comfort actually live, gentle, firm, or unflinching?
If you've been curious, reach out. We'll help you choose the version that meets your body where it is. 🌿

Most people assume "deep" means pressure. It rarely does.
Deep tissue work has its place. Firm, focused strokes targeting a specific knot, a stubborn shoulder, the aftermath of a long run. When acute tightness needs attention, that targeted pressure delivers.
Nurturing Touch works somewhere else entirely. Slow, lavish, intentional strokes that speak directly to your nervous system, signaling safety until your body finally agrees to let go. The depth here isn't measured in pounds of pressure. It's measured in how fully you arrive back in yourself.
One breaks down tension in the muscle. The other dissolves the tension underneath the tension, the kind that builds from months of carrying too much.
If you're recovering from a hard training week, book the deep tissue. If you're carrying chronic stress, emotional fatigue, or that bone-deep weariness of being "on" for too long, Nurturing Touch will meet you where you actually are.
Deeper doesn't always mean harder. Sometimes it means softer, slower, and infinitely more profound. 🌿
