⚠️ Think twice before falling for “cheap” cosmetic short-cuts.
While hyaluronic acid fillers are tried, tested, and well-proven for facial treatments, large-volume filler in the breasts is a whole different story.
Beyond the lack of long-term safety data, injecting large amounts into breast tissue carries significant risks—including potential interactions with natural breast tissue bacteria and severe complications.

Cheap doesn’t always mean safe. Always prioritize long-term safety and proven surgical techniques over viral trends.

Do the scars of a breast lift scare you? Let's clear up a major misconception about breast implants and lifts. 🔍

A lot of patients worry that any amount of "droop" automatically means they need a lift with their implants. The truth? The deciding factor is the position of your ni**le relative to the inframammary crease (the fold under your breast).

Here is the anatomical breakdown:
👉 If your ni**le sits *below* the fold: Placing an implant will just push the existing shape out, leaving the ni**le too low. In this case, a lift is necessary for a beautiful, natural-looking result.
👉 If your ni**le sits *at or above* the fold: Even with a little bit of droopiness, an implant will push the tissue out and keep the ni**le in a great position. No lift needed!

Every body is different, and my goal is always to give you the safest, most effective result without unnecessary procedures.

Let's talk about the real cost of illegal injections. 🗣️

I’m being very direct in this video, but it comes from a place of prioritizing your safety above all else. The reality is that illegal injections often involve unregulated, non-medical grade substances that can lead to severe infections, tissue necrosis, and life-threatening complications.

Whether it's a matter of budget or misinformation, cutting corners on surgical safety is never worth the risk. My goal is to educate and empower you to make the safest choices for your body. We don't judge your past decisions—we are simply here to help you navigate your aesthetic journey safely and correctly. 🔍

OR WAS IT ALLOCLAE?!?!?!?!

more importantly—can you even get a BBL when you’re that naturally thin? 🔍

Let's clear up a major lipo myth. The short answer is yes, it’s entirely possible. Many people aren't familiar with what we can achieve with modern skinny BBLs and advanced skinny lipo techniques today. If you go to a surgeon who specializes in these techniques, we can absolutely create beautiful, natural-looking results for thinner patients. I’ve done it many times.

But in Alix’s case? The real answer is probably no. What we are likely seeing here is a combination of great angles, posing, and maybe a little bit of good old-fashioned Photoshop and Facetune. And there is absolutely no shame in that!

Understanding what is surgically possible versus what is digital manipulation is key to setting realistic expectations for your own body goals.

Can breast implants be affected by sitting in a sauna? 🤔
It’s a common question - and one that deserves an evidence-based answer.
Modern breast implants are designed to withstand temperatures far higher than those experienced in a sauna. The implant itself isn’t at risk of “melting” or being damaged from normal sauna use.
That said, if you’ve recently had breast augmentation, timing matters. During the healing process, your surgeon may recommend avoiding saunas, hot tubs, and excessive heat until your incisions have healed and swelling has improved.
The takeaway? It’s not just about the implants—it’s about protecting your recovery and achieving the best possible outcome.
Have questions about breast augmentation or your recovery timeline? Every patient is different, and personalized guidance is always the safest approach.

🔍 What if you want more volume, but you’re too skinny for a traditional fat transfer? Enter "fat off the shelf."

🗣️ Let’s talk about allograft adipose matrix. This is fat harvested from a donor and meticulously processed to remove all DNA. The result? A product we can use just like lip filler, but for body contouring.

A major question I get from patients is about longevity: How long does it actually last?

Right now, the data shows about an 85% retention rate at 18 to 24 months. From a surgical perspective, if a result is stable at the 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month marks, there’s no real anatomical reason to think it will suddenly disappear at year two.

That being said, I always prioritize transparency with my patients: we are still waiting on long-term, multi-year data. You have two choices—you can wait to see what the future data shows, or you can take the plunge and start enjoying the body you want right now.

The short answer is yes!

However, we approach it based on significant versus mild scoliosis.

Hollywood’s beauty standards are always shifting. Right now, we’re seeing a return to the “skinny” aesthetic on the red carpet, but if that doesn’t match your body type, don’t stress.

History shows us that body ideals are completely cyclical:
✨ 1920s: The slim “flapper” look
✨ 1940s: Voluptuous and curvy
✨ 1990s: “Heroin chic” and ultra-thin
✨ 2010s: The “thicc” era
✨ 2020s: return to skinny chic with GLP-1s?

Trends come and go, but feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin is what truly matters. You don’t have to chase a moving target to be beautiful.

And to be clear, I’m not suggesting any of the people featured here are following or promoting any trend (skinny or not), they are simply the more visible celebrities whose physiques exemplify the zeitgeist. - we removed your image here, many apologies for any offense - none was ever intended.
