And yes… your prep matters.
Exfoliating properly, shaving/wqxing at the right time, avoiding lotions and oils before your appointment, and following your aftercare instructions all play a role in how your tan develops, wears and fades.

That’s why I give you prep & aftercare instructions—not to be difficult, but because the best result is a partnership between my artistry and your preparation and aftercare.

HERE’S WHY ⬇️

Why it matters: Tight clothing like bra straps, sports bra, tight elastic waistbands, jeans, leggings, sock lines can rub against the skin and can cause the solution to wipe off, streak, or create visible lines exactly where the fabric pressed — before the color has finished developing.
Why covering skin after matters: The solution needs to sit on the skin and fully develop without being disturbed. Loose, dark clothing protects developing color from friction and sweat allowing for a flawless development until the first shower.
Wear (or bring to change into): Loose, dark, baggy clothing - think oversized t-shirt, loose sweats or a maxi dress. Flip-flops or sandals, no socks or tight shoes.
Avoid: Tight clothing, tight waistbands, time skinny jeans, leggings, shorts at least until first rinse (ideally the rest of the day).
