We love our members and would never make YOU do burpees for being late. But our coaches love a good game of RPS. 🤣

May photo dump 📷 Maycember is over. Hallelujah. 🙌
Between kids, graduations, work, events, and approximately 47 things on my to-do list at all times, I still managed to get 4–5 workouts in every week and eat better than I have in months.
It’s almost like exercise, protein, sleep, and vegetables actually make you feel better. Annoying, but true. 🙃

You know what I’ve noticed about moms?
Life can absolutely crush us… and somehow by the next morning we’re packing lunches, answering emails, driving to activities, making dinner, and asking everyone else how THEY are doing.
Not because we’re unaffected. But because somewhere along the way we learned how to adapt. We carry disappointment, stress, uncertainty, exhaustion, and still find a way to keep moving forward. Maybe not gracefully. Maybe not without the occasional meltdown. But we keep going.
I’ve had A LOT dropped on my plate the last few months. And I feel like I’m thriving and epically failing all at the same time. I can’t help but hear the inner critic… “everyone else can work, be a full time mom and still have a social life… what’s wrong with YOU”.
Happy to report I think I’m finally finding my groove. And accepting that when you have a lot of balls in the air it’s inevitable that one of them isn’t getting much attention. 🤷♀️
If you’re in one of those seasons right now, I see you. The fact that you’re still showing up is more powerful than you think.

April photo dump 📸
April was a heavy month tbh. One of those where you wonder “wtf is going to happen this week…”
It tested me in so many ways personally and professionally. But I’ve learned to focus on the glimmer moments. The things that bring me joy, good places, good people and good memories. When you focus on the good, everything else falls into place.

Some mornings I wake up and I’m just tired. Like I really don’t feel like going into work because… LIFE.
And then I remember… I actually love what I do. ❤️
I get to be around women I genuinely like. I get to coach, talk, laugh, and be part of their routines and their lives. It’s not always easy, but it’s never something I dread once I’m there.
Lately I’ve found myself back spending time in a hospital…this time as a guest not an employee, and it’s been a good reminder of how far I’ve come. I loved my career as an OT but I wasn’t fulfilled…so 6 years ago I made the switch to working in fitness full time and I still have zero regrets.
Still tired most days. Just not questioning my life choices.

You’re not broken. You’ve just never had someone actually address it.
I’ve partnered with Hinge Health because it makes that SO easy to do. Access to virtual physical therapy, personalized programs for pelvic floor, back pain, and joint issues, daily movement sessions that take just a few minutes, and a licensed PT in your corner — all from your phone.
And it may be covered by your employer or health plan.
