Love that this has protein in it. I like to eat cereal for lunch or easy dinner. This Quaker oat cereal tastes great and when served with milk it has 8 grams of protein . I’ve also tried it over Greek yogurt that has 25 grams of protein and just as a stand alone snack. Will definitely buy in the future.

This is really nice to have in the fridge for a mid day pick me up! I’m going to try other flavors as well!
