I just capture the images, the beauty is there, everywhere. Yrsina Colangelo
What an incredible weekend! ❤️📸 THANK YOU ANA for EVERYTHING!! Thank you Alex for all the amazing deals, props and your help!
I had the privilege of attending an amazing summer camp for photographers, capturing beautiful newborns, maternity, and family sessions in Studio and at the beach while learning from one of the very best. Spending time with so many talented women, sharing ideas, creating together, and building genuine friendships made this experience even more special.
One of my favorite parts was diving deeper into the incredible programs has created for photographers and content creators. Every lesson, every conversation, and every photo session reminded me why I never stop investing in my education and my craft.
The more I learn, the better I can serve the amazing families who trust me with their most precious memories. My goal has always been simple: to give my clients the very best experience and images they’ll treasure forever.
My heart is full, my camera is happy, and I’m leaving inspired for everything that’s ahead! ✨🤍

A client recently asked me:
“Do you post all of your clients on social media?”
My answer is no.
Before every session, my contract and questionnaire ask whether my clients give permission for me to share their images. Their privacy and wishes always come first.
Every family has a different story. Some are going through a divorce, court proceedings, adoption, foster care, or other personal situations. Others simply choose not to be on social media and I completely respect that.
As a photographer, I have the privilege of capturing some truly incredible moments. Many of my favorite images will never be shared publicly, not because they aren’t beautiful, but because honoring my clients’ trust is more important than gaining likes or followers.
Respecting my clients’ privacy will always be one of my highest priorities. ❤️📷
Trust is one of the greatest compliments a client can give a photographer.

Why are newborn photography sessions such an investment?
Because you’re not just paying for photos… you’re investing in safety, skill, time, and an experience that can never be repeated.
Newborn sessions are unlike any other type of photography. They require patience, training, and a deep understanding of how to safely pose and handle your baby. These sessions often last 3–4 hours, working around feeding, soothing, and your baby’s comfort, never rushed, always intentional.
But here’s something most people don’t see:
Behind every image is a significant investment just to create that final result.
Monthly / Annual Costs:
• Editing software (Evoto, Lightroom, Photoshop): $50–$150+ per month
• Online galleries, storage, and backups: $20–$100+ per month
• Continuous education & newborn safety training: $3,000+ per year
Equipment & Tools:
• Professional cameras & lenses: $3,000–$10,000+
• Lighting (soft boxes, flashes, triggers): $1,000–$5,000+
• Props, wraps, backdrops, outfits: $2,000+ (and always growing)
• Memory cards, batteries, maintenance: ongoing costs
And beyond the numbers:
It’s years of experience, practice, and dedication to perfecting a craft that ensures your baby is safe and your memories are beautifully preserved.
Newborn photography is not just a photoshoot, it’s an investment in capturing a moment that is gone in the blink of an eye.
Because they’re only this little… once.
It was truly an honor to photograph this incredible event as an associate for Nickel Productions alongside
Today at the USS Midway Museum, I had the privilege of witnessing and capturing a living legend Elmer Royce Williams.
At 100 years old, he is a retired United States Navy aviator known for his extraordinary solo dogfight against seven Soviet pilots during the Korean War a moment many experts call one of the greatest feats in aviation history. In February 2026, he was awarded the Medal of Honor for his bravery and service.
Being able to see “the man,” as many call him, shake his hand, and thank him in person was something I will never forget.
Thank you for your sacrifice, your service, and your love for our country. 🇺🇸
