A note for parents and guardians: If you’re dropping off a child for an appointment, please walk them in and make sure they’ve checked in with their stylist before you leave. Keep your phone nearby in case we need to reach you, and plan to pick them up promptly when their service ends. Your stylist can give you an estimated finish time, though it may change depending on your child’s hair and service. Prompt pickup helps us keep the salon comfortable and appointments running smoothly for everyone.

We also ask guests to arrive with their hair detangled and to come without additional guests. Please let us know at least 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel. A valid card is required on file when booking. Late cancellations are subject to a 50% fee, and no-call, no-shows are subject to a 100% fee.

A Smooth Transition Matters!

We’re excited to officially welcome you to our new Square booking experience! This transition makes it easier to find our entire team, schedule appointments, receive reminders, and manage your reservations—all in one convenient place.

YOUR EXISTING APPOINTMENT IS ALREADY SECURED

If you already have an upcoming appointment, it has been successfully transferred to Square. You do not need to cancel, rebook, or create another appointment.
The only action required is to add a valid card on file through Square before your appointment.

When you receive your Square appointment notification:
1. Open the secure appointment link.
2. Review your appointment details.
3. Follow the prompts to add a valid card on file.
4. Confirm that your phone number and email address are correct.

If you don’t see the option to add your card, please contact the salon so we can send you a secure card-on-file request.

Adding a card does not charge you simply for saving it. Your card securely holds your reservation and allows us to enforce the cancellation and no-show policies accepted with your appointment.

HOW TO BOOK THROUGH OUR WEBSITE

2. Select “Book Now.”
3. Choose your service category and desired service.
4. Select your preferred stylist.
5. Choose an available date and time.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Add a valid card and review our salon policies.
8. Submit your appointment request or booking.

HOW TO FIND US ON THE SQUARE GO APP

Square Go gives you another convenient way to discover our services, view our team, and schedule appointments directly from your phone.
1. Download the Square Go app from the Apple App Store.
2. Open the app and create an account or sign in.
3. Search for “Rea.Dezell Luxury Hair Studio.”
4. Make sure you select our San Antonio location at 7654 FM 78, Suite 120.
5. Open our salon profile and select the option to book.
6. Choose your service.
7. Select your preferred stylist.
8. Choose an available date and time.
9. Enter or confirm your contact information.
10. Add a valid card, review our policies, and complete your booking.

Once your appointment is completed, Square will send your confirmation and future reminders by email or text.

Please begin looking for messages from Square regarding your appointments. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see them in your main inbox.
