I’ve been thinking a lot about how much we’re carrying, both individually and collectively. Between the many responsibilities we navigate and the relationships we tend to, it can be so easy for our own needs and connection to Self to get lost somewhere along the way.

I also know that meaningful support can feel increasingly out of reach, especially with the financial pressures so many are navigating.

With this on my heart, I’m opening just two spaces for Returning to Yourself, an eight-week private coaching journey offered at a deeply reduced, one-time end-of-year rate.

My hope is to create a space where you can feel supported, reconnect with yourself, and gently nurture the parts of you that have been asking for care.

Our monthly New Moon Circle is back this Saturday, and this month Lauren + Kat will be holding the space together. 🤍

October’s 10/10 Libra New Moon is a beautiful time to explore balance: in our relationships, in how we care for ourselves and each other, and in where our energy is going.

We’ll gather from home on zoom for connection, reflection, intention setting, and a long, deeply restful Yoga Nidra.

A little reintroduction.

We’re Kat + Lauren. Wives, mothers, business partners, and the women behind Terra Firma Healing Arts.

Terra Firma means solid ground, held by the earth. This sense of grounding and connection to nature guides everything we do and the spaces we create.

We each found our way to yoga, meditation, and healing practices through our own journeys. Along the way, our paths came together, and so did our vision for what we wanted to create.

Terra Firma grew organically, through community and word of mouth (thank you!). Through connection and a shared belief in the importance of creating spaces where people can simply be. Where they feel truly held and supported, allowing space for healing and transformation to unfold naturally from within.

We’re also two women with a lot of life beyond the work. Artists, creatives, mothers, lovers of nature, and perpetual students of this beautifully mysterious human experience.
