Abs day isn’t my fav, but these are a few workouts I’ve been enjoying lately. Save this for your next abs day 🏋️‍♀️

You don’t need a 10-step routine or a bathroom full of products either. A few things I wish I had prioritized sooner:

✨ Consistency > complexity
A simple daily routine that you actually stick to will take you much further than trying to stick to a 15-step routine. All you need is to cleanse, moisturize, and protect your skin with SPF.

✨ Face rolling
Facial rolling can temporarily help with puffiness and feels SO good. Think of it as exercise for your skin.

✨ Start caring for your skin BEFORE you think you need to
Ingredients like retinoids/retinol can help with things like fine lines, texture and collagen support over time. The goal isn’t to “stop aging” (because aging is a privilege 🫶🏼), but to keep your skin healthy and cared for as you get older.

Basically, younger me was worried about the wrong things 😂 Take care of your skin now and your future self will thank you. 🤍
