Ashley had her practice session this past Friday and she did a great job! She is a practicing student and has taken a Basic/WATSU 1 class recently. She was so excited to set a time aside for me to join her in the pool. I am happy to see her continuing her education and enjoying the journey. She has just begun and I wish her well in the Aquatic Therapy WATSU world. Shot out to Ashley Ayon CMT

There's always something new around here. New towels for a relaxing warm comforting end to your massage therapy session. Also for a warm towel removal of your sugar scrub. This is the last day of summer, are you ready for autumn? Here we go!

Sitting still just became a workout. Dr. Stacey Sims explains that women can sit in a sauna longer than men before they start sweating and losing fluids. That means more heat stress, more cardiovascular benefit, and less dehydration risk. The payoff shows up with consistency. Women who sauna twice a week or more see real gains in cardiovascular health, recovery and longevity. Small habit. Big payoff for sauna girlies. Sit, sweat less and let the heat do the work. Want the full breakdown on how women can use sauna sessions to their advantage? Comment HEAT and I’ll send it to you. #saunabenefits #womenshealth #heattherapyworks #recoveryroutine #hearthealthmatters 09/19/2026
