Did you know July 18 is National Black Men's Mental Health Day? The VCU Black Alumni Council will recognize this day by Knocking Down Stigma. Join us in the morning for a virtual workshop by VCU Doctoral candidate and Mental Health Coach Nowoola Awopetu, followed by a bowling outing with fellow Rams. Gain knowledge and perspective on issues that affect our community of men, and unwind with a fun afternoon at River City Roll. All are welcome.

We are overjoyed! This past weekend's VCU Volunteer Leadership Summit was nothing but empowering! Three of our committee members won awards!

This is life as an alumni! There are so many ways to give back! Thank you to our BAC Programs and Events Committee Chair , immediate past president and current VCU DMV Chapter President , and BAC Social Media Chair and VCU Richmond Alumni Southside Chair for continuing to pour back into a community that pour into them while a student at VCU.
