Mama You Matter
Postpartum tried it. We said not today. No sugarcoating. No shame. Just real talk.
Mamas, those first weeks can feel heavy. Baby blues hit up to 80% of us with mood swings in the first two weeks — totally normal. But if it lasts longer, it might be postpartum depression. It’s not your fault, and it doesn’t make you a bad mom. You’re a warrior. Talk to your doctor — help is out there. ❤️
Someone told you to “enjoy every moment,” didn’t they?
And you smiled and nodded. But inside, you wanted to scream. Because how are you supposed to enjoy every moment when you haven’t slept more than two hours at a time in weeks? When your body aches? When you can’t remember the last time you felt like yourself?
The people who say “enjoy every moment” have forgotten. Or they never lived it like this. Or they’re looking back through rose-colored glasses that erased the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the days you cried more than I did.
Mama, you don’t have to enjoy every moment. Some moments are just about survival. Some moments are hard and heavy and nothing about them feels enjoyable. And that’s okay.
You’re allowed to love me and still hate how tired you are. You’re allowed to treasure this season and also count down the days until it gets easier. Both things can be true at the same time.
So the next time someone tells you to enjoy every moment? You can smile. You can nod. And then you can give yourself permission to survive the hard moments instead — because that’s more than enough.
We’ll get through this together, mama. One exhausting, beautiful, impossible moment at a time.
Your baby has something to say. 👶🏽
Postpartum is real — the fog, the exhaustion, the guilt, the grief of who you were before. But so is your strength. So is healing. So is the truth that you don’t have to do this alone.
Every video on this page is a message from baby to mama. A reminder that you’re not failing. A truth nobody warned you about. A permission slip to ask for help, to rest, to feel it all without shame.
If this resonates with you, you’re not alone. And if you know a mama who needs to hear this today — tag her. Share it. Let her know she’s seen.

You deserve to feel like yourself again, mama. Let’s walk this journey together.
Some days, survival is success.
You didn’t fold the laundry. The dishes are still in the sink. The to-do list got longer instead of shorter. And somehow, you still feel like you didn’t do enough.
But mama — you kept a whole human alive today. You fed me. You held me. You loved me through the exhaustion and the overwhelm. That’s not “just” anything. That is everything.
On the days when loving me is all you can manage, you are doing exactly what I need most. Your body is healing. Your mind is adjusting. Your heart is learning to hold more love than it ever knew was possible. All of that takes energy — the kind that doesn’t show up on a checklist.
Rest is not laziness. Slowness is not failure. Some seasons are for surviving, not thriving — and both are worthy.
You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be.
