What a first season for Petal & Pearl 🥹💕

When I launched, the goal was simple… get her outside 😂 I wanted Reading to see her, experience the Bloom Bar, build some beautiful bouquets & understand the vision

& baby… we did exactly that 💅🏽💐

We popped up all over Reading, made sooo many bouquets, met some amazing people & officially introduced Petal & Pearl to the community 🌸 Every event helped me learn, grow & elevate her a little more

Now we’re entering our next season ✨ After October, we’re wrapping up our 2026 public pop-up season & shifting our focus to private events & celebrations for the rest of the year… exactly where I’ve been working toward 💐🥂

But don’t get it twisted 😂 we’ll be back outside in 2027

& the flowers definitely aren’t disappearing until then 👀 Expect random bouquet drops, seasonal drops, collaborations & a few surprises because you never know where Petal & Pearl might bloom next 🌸

Saturday was truly such a moment! Seeing everyone stop by, pick their flowers, take pictures & show Petal & Pearl so much love made me so happy 🥹

Y’all… I honestly don’t even know where to start 🥹🇵🇷💐

Yesterday was one of those days that I know I’m never going to forget. What started as a super last minute invitation somehow turned into Petal & Pearl’s very first SOLD-OUT event!! 😭🌸

I’m not going to lie, I went into the day not even knowing if this crowd would want flowers. I was tired, nervous and dealing with so much behind the scenes.. but I pushed through, showed up and did it anyway.

And y’all showed OUTTTT!

People stopped to build bouquets, purchased my little Puerto Rican flags and keychains, complimented my setup, shared my business and just showed me so much love. Nobody questioned the value of what I created. By the end of the event, I barely had enough flowers left to make another bouquet. Like… I really sold out! 😭

Professionally, that meant everything to me because it showed me that people truly understand and value the Petal & Pearl experience. But personally, yesterday meant even more.

Being surrounded by my culture, family and community made me feel so much love. I felt like people really saw me.. my creativity, my hard work and everything I’ve been building. With everything I’ve been carrying lately, I really needed a day like that.

A very special thank you to Rosa and Palo Magazine for thinking of me, believing in Petal & Pearl and making space for me at the last minute. I’m so grateful that I was able to be part of such a beautiful celebration of our culture 🇵🇷

And thank you to every single person who purchased something, stopped by, shared my posts, tagged me, took pictures or simply came over and showed love. I appreciate every one of you more than you know.

I’m still in shock. I’m still emotional. But more than anything, I’m just really, really proud of myself.

Today I had my first Club Rush for Boriken Student Union, a new student organization I started at RACC centered around Puerto Rican culture, history, community, advocacy & leadership

& wow… today was special 😭

We already had 14 students interested before Club Rush & another 15–20 signed up today. But more than the numbers, it was hearing everyone’s stories, seeing how excited people were & realizing that the space I felt so strongly was needed… really was needed

Petal & Pearl has allowed me to pour so much of myself into creativity & community.. & Boriken is allowing me to pour into another part of who I am & what I care deeply about

I’m building a business.
I’m building my future.
& now I get to help build a community too 🥹

There’s so much happening behind the flowers over here & I’m just incredibly grateful for this season of becoming 🌸🇵🇷
