Fresh Pickins

Some sweet moments from the last week on the farm. Bountiful late season harvests, lunch under the apple tree, a wildly beautiful floral installation that we brought to Common Ground, and insects loving the flowers just as much as we do. We’ve got a few more weeks of markets and the farm-stand, see you there!

One last glimpse of September. Polaroid film from the flower field.

Thank you for all the love this weekend; at Common Ground, the farm-stand, and our markets. We’ve still got a few weeks left of the season, and plenty of flowers to enjoy before we call it a year.

Getting your flowers to you by any means possible - a week in flower transportation!

Truck beds, packed van floors, farm carts, buckets — whatever gets the flowers from the field to where they need to go.

September is keeping us moving.

Still soaking up dahlia season 🌼

Come wander the fields and pick your own, or let us do the picking for you. Either way, there are plenty of flowers to go around.

Farmstand & PYO open Friday–Sunday, 12–6, plus find us at markets all weekend.

And next stop… !

See you out there.

As we prepare to head North for the 50th annual , we’re taking a look back at last year’s setup! Flowers, honey, herbal teas and a whole lot of farm goods are getting ready to make the trip to Unity with us next week.

Find Fresh Pickins at the Common Ground Country Fair September 25, 26 &27. We can’t wait to see you there! If you’re staying closer to home, you can still find us at our usual weekend markets.

September harvests are getting a little ridiculous around here! The crew has been working hard all season to keep them coming.

Cape Elizabeth farm-stand and pick-your-own are open today from 12–6, and we are at until 1!
