Vapor Cafe

The V***r Cafe is a Portland based Oregon Medical Ma*****na Program (OMMP) family that provides consulting, medicinal herbs and healthcare products to fellow OMMP members with an emphasis on organics, bioavailability and harm-reduction. V°Cafe features the expertise and cannabis creations of Nebu Hybridz. Nebu is a long-time medical ma*****na patient, organics advocate and breeder of cannabis, first in California (prop 215) and for the last ten+ years in PDX. Nebu's hybrids and articles have been featured in High Times & the Cannabible. For the past fifteen years Nebu has been collecting, breeding and selecting cultivars in the development of unique and exotic cannabis hybrids. These are true F1 hybrids, developed from lines with which Nebu has been in-breeding and selecting from, with a focus on potency, profile (specializing in sativas: clear & motivational) and aromatics.
