Psi Pi Omega Chapter and the Project Pink & Green Foundation were honored to Champion Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®’s Foster the Future: From Here to Hope™ Signature Program through a meaningful partnership with the Women’s Ministry of Grace Baptist Church in Port St. Lucie, FL and its “Comfort in a Case” initiative.

For children entering foster care, something as simple as having their own suitcase can provide dignity, comfort, and a sense of belonging during an incredibly difficult transition. Our donation of luggage offered a practical alternative to carrying personal belongings in trash bags while reminding each child that they are seen, valued, and worthy of care.

This opportunity aligned beautifully with the mission of Foster the Future: From Here to Hope. A call to action to addressing immediate needs while helping create pathways toward stability, success, and belonging.

From Opportunity to Action, we are helping move children from here…to HOPE, 1 suitcase at a time 💗💚

What happens in Vegas... comes home as inspiration!

Psi Pi Omega Chapter had an unforgettable time at the 72nd Boule in Las Vegas, Nevada!

From connecting with Sorors from around the world to learning, laughing, and creating lifelong memories. We’ve returned home recharged and ready to continue serving with excellence.

Vegas was fun but there's no place like bringing that Boule energy back home!

One Last First Friday Fellowship Under the T.U.N.E. Administration 🎙️

Is this the end of an era... or the beginning of a lasting tradition?

Our final First Friday under the T.U.N.E. Administration brought together a multigenerational bunch fur a summer soirée with the Brothers of Omicron Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. From our newest to our Golden Soror, the night was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and the kind of connection that makes our sisterhood so special.

Moments like these remind us that the strength of Alpha Kappa Alpha is found not only in the service we provide, but in the relationships we build and the memories we create together.

Here's to the bonds we've strengthened, the traditions we've built, and the ones that will continue for years to come.

One Week Later... and we're still smiling! 🖤💗💚

This time last week, we closed out our 2nd Annual Black Business Expo, and we're still reflecting on what an incredible day it was!
From dynamic entrepreneurs and meaningful community connections to amazing food, great music, and unforgettable energy. The Expo was a powerful reminder of what happens when we intentionally support Black-owned businesses.

With nearly 40 vendors, countless conversations, and one shared mission, building stronger communities through economic empowerment. This year's Expo was more than an event, it was a movement.

A heartfelt thank you to every vendor, sponsor, community partner, volunteer, and attendee who helped make this day such a tremendous success. Your support, enthusiasm, and commitment turned a vision into an unforgettable experience.

Together, we didn't just host an expo, we strengthened our community, celebrated Black excellence, and invested in the future.

Cash Mob Part 1 & 2: Mission Accomplished!

The movement started on Saturday, but the momentum didn’t stop there, it carried right into Pink Wednesday!

Our mission to Feed the Movement continued as we intentionally
wore pink 🩷spent GREEN 💚 and supported a BLACK-owned 🖤 businesses, making an impact one purchase at a time.

Through our 2 days Cash Mob initiative at My Brothers BBQ in Port St. Lucie, we were able to not only execute the initiative but also pay it forward to 20 individuals with My Brothers BBQ gift cards to help cover their meals. Additionally our members, families, and community supporters joined in creating greater financial impact to this business.

These events were about more than a meal, they were about investing in local entrepreneurs, strengthening our community, and demonstrating the power of collective economic impact.

The Cash Mob had set the tone, energy, and spirit for what the 2nd Annual Black Business Expo will bring to our community this Saturday. We can't wait to celebrate culture, community, and commerce with you. Check chapter event for details.
