In two months, Shari has moved through 4 Promotions to Select. And what I love most about her story is that she didn’t put everything else aside to make that happen.

Today I earned a cruise to the Bahamas! 🛳️🌴

Less than six months ago, I made the decision to add this business to what I was already doing. I did my research. I looked at the numbers. I looked at the systems the company had in place. And I saw an opportunity that made sense for my life.

In LESS than six months, I’ve built an Elite-status team, earned meaningful team pay, consistently earned 35–40% commission, and today I became the 67th person of 350 in the entire company to earn this trip—among tens of thousands of advisors.

And maybe what means the most to me is that I did it while still living my life.

I raised my little boy. I took care of my family. I worked full-time for most of those six months. I prioritized my health, my mental health and my nervous system. I didn’t sacrifice those things to build this. I built the business around my life instead of building my life around the business.
