We have only 1 cow left for butcher date in December. This can be 1/4s 1/2s or a whole.

Last year we sold out before we even made any posts but this year we have a little extra. Won’t have any more beef till fall next year. Now is your chance to stock your freezer!

We have officially past “peak” milk supply and it is already slowly starting to go down. This may sound sad, which it kinda is, but it also means some lucky Herdshare folks who get the night time milking get some beautiful cream lines!!!

We AId both of the milk cows this last week. Hopefully both with be due June 30th! We will find out in about 30 days if it worked. This is the second year we’ve used the same bull. Grass fed milk cow genetics of course A2A2 and the calves we have this year are as sweet as pie!!!

We are thinking of doing something we have never done before! Opening up the herdshare for a few 1 month spots.

We still have quite a lot of milk but we can’t be sure how long this extra will last so we don’t want to commit to anything too long term.

These spots will be 4 weeks long. They include your buy in, cow and your month maintenance fee. Pickup is on the farm but don’t worry we aren’t too far from town.

We are swimming in milk!

So we have decided to open up 2 more seasonal Herdshare spots! These spots are 12 weeks long and a great way to try out our herdshare without the commitment of a year.

We also very rarely have full time open spots and when we do only choose from our seasonal people so if you want to get on our list this is the best way to do it!
