All it takes is 15 minutes to see results. According to the package it is a gel-to-tape technology. I will say, looking at my before and after photos, I do see a reduction in my puffiness. I have puffy innermost skin by my tear ducts. I applied the product on my Right side and can definitely see my puffy bag in my left. Also, I can feel this softness in my Right under-eye. For a temporary fix I think it did a good job!
