Hello Fam and Happy July 🇺🇸 🧨
This month, I'm embracing the freedom to simply be.
🔹️ The freedom to care for myself without guilt.
🔹️ The freedom to protect my peace.
🔹️ The freedom to grow at my own pace.
🔹️ The freedom to become the woman God is calling me to be.
As we celebrate Independence Day this week, I'm reminded that some of the greatest freedom we can experience begins within.

The past few days I've been sharing the importance of self-care. How the simple things helped with the big things in 2025. These post are to encourage you in pouring into your vessel FIRST.
Self-care stopped being optional for me this year.
It became necessary.
I knew that caring for myself wasn’t selfish but it was stewardship.
Let's get this Monday started and make sure you are giving yourself what in needs.
This year I had to learn how to rest.
