Proper Gentleman

Proper Gentleman As many of you know, I am a certified licensed Cosmetologist. I have worked in hair salons for the past 10 years.

After moving to the City of Brotherly Love in the spring, I have had the chance to make some new friends and meet many new people. When people learn that I have a hairdressing background, one of the things I have heard so often is how expensive it is to keep up on their hair care. Just parking for the appointment can be pretty costly! I am happy to announce that I have come up with a low cost, convenient solution to this often common problem. "Hair By Dev" will simply have the salon come to you! Or in some cases, you can come to see me (in my Philadelphia apartment) while I beautify you, at about half the cost of what the salons are charging. Simply drop me a Facebook Message with your phone number and I can set up your appointment over the phone. I specialize in:

Haircuts Men/Women
Color
Blowouts
Styling

Prices vary
