WHAT A Recharge type of night.

When you think of being out all night in the past it would be drinking, sweating, dancing, Waking up hung over and full of regret.

But at a Wellness party you reclaim your power and pour your energy back into you. There was yoga, meditation a sound bath and dancing.
There were non alcoholic mixed drinks and even shots... ginger shots. I got a massage.

Oh Yeah the food was banging and made by me. Sold out 2x in 1 night at the same event. That was absolutely dope.

Truly grateful and honored to be apart of something that is so healing and needed for the community.
