YES, you can flat iron your curly FTL❤️feather BaeTips extensions and then return back to natural curly after.. BUT, there is always a method to everything😎
When flat ironing your curly BaeTips extensions, you must always start with freshly cleansed and conditioned hair. (Sulfate free cleansing shampoo, moisturizing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner)
ALWAYS use a lightweight heat protectant serum/ spray before blow drying and flat ironing. Do not go above 380 degrees with your hot tools to avoid heat damage to the extensions and utilize no more than 3 passes MAX per section using the “comb chase method” for even heat distribution.

When you’re ready to revert back to natural curly state, simply repeat the same shampoo and conditioning process.
Add a leave in conditioner after thoroughly cleansing and conditioning your extensions to maintain moisture. You can air dry your extensions but for the best juicy curls, using a diffuser really changes the curly hair game✨
Just like your natural hair, we do not recommend daily or weekly flat ironing to protect the integrity of the curl pattern. Monthly maintenance is all you need to keep a healthy press lasting.

One of the biggest misconceptions with extensions is thinking, “I want X amount of grams, so that’s what I should get.”
That’s not how I approach your install with my method🙅🏾♀️
Your natural hair density, strand thickness, length, strength, and overall condition all play a role in determining how much extension hair your natural hair can appropriately support.
And this is especially important for my finer-haired clients.
More hair does not automatically equal better results.
Adding too much extension hair to fine or low-density natural hair can create unnecessary weight and stress on the natural hair — and my priority is never to overload your hair just to give you “more.”
My job is to create the fullness you want while respecting what your natural hair can safely support.
So when I recommend a specific gram amount for your BaeTips install, it’s not me trying to limit your results, It’s me doing my job as your professional✨
