little by little.

It’s choosing to notice the light instead of the shadows. The beauty instead of the flaws. The abundance instead of what’s missing.

Nothing about my life is perfect.. But my perspective has changed.

And somehow…
everything feels more beautiful because of it.

Maybe that’s what 37 looks like.

Maybe it took me 36 years to finally feel like an adult.

To trust myself. To stop chasing. To stop apologizing for taking up space. To finally feel like I’m becoming the woman I’ve always been meant to be.

In 16 days, I turn 37… and somehow it feels less like getting older and more like coming home to myself.

I still have to stop and breathe sometimes. Sitting here doing my makeup for Chris Gotterup & Golf Digest, I honestly can’t believe I am living out the exact dreams I used to only whisper to myself.I don’t take a single second of this for granted. Not the glam, not the work, not the quiet moments in between.

I am learning to slow my mind down, protect my peace, and truly connect with the present instead of rushing through the day. Mindfulness isn’t just a buzzword for me.. it’s how I stay grounded in the blessings of right now.If you told past-me this was where we’d land, she wouldn’t believe it.

So today, I’m just soaking it all in, breathing it out, and appreciating every single beat of the journey.

There’s something about putting on an outfit that fits your body instead of asking your body to fit it.

Maybe the goal was never to have a perfect life… maybe it was simply to recognize the one we’ve already been given.

It’s so easy to spend our lives chasing the next milestone that we forget to pause and notice how many prayers have already been answered. The things that once felt impossible quietly become our everyday, and before we know it, we’ve stopped seeing them for the miracles they are.

Today I reminded myself to slow down, look around, and say thank You.

I hope we never get so used to our blessings that we forget we’re living a life we once prayed for. 🤍

Some weekends remind me why I fell in love with this industry.

For three days, I wasn’t watching All-Star Weekend from the stands I was riding alongside it.

Early call times. Hotel lobby conversations. Golf cart rides. Watching the talent rehearse. Last-minute touch-ups before they stepped in front of the cameras. Then hearing the conversations that happen when the cameras stop rolling.

Getting Frank Thomas camera-ready while watching him launch Big Eye Network was such a full-circle moment. Seeing the vision come to life, then watching legends like and Fred McGriff bring their perspectives to the show (with Rachel Brady keeping everything moving) was something I’ll never forget.

And because I’m me… I couldn’t help but notice the details. The perfectly tailored suits. Frank’s iconic tie. Cecil’s styles by his wife. The watches. The jewelry. The way everyone still showed up polished, even after hours in the heat and ending one day in an absolute hailstorm.

People see the broadcast.

I get to see the humanity behind it.

Grateful for the trust, the access, and another reminder that this career continues to take me into rooms I used to only dream about. ✨
