Morning reminder 🤔

If you know somebody in your life, who is Sober reach out to them right now and let them know that you’re proud of them.

Even if they have five years 10 years 25 years two days… this is an every day struggle. And it’s not an easy one.

One thing I think individuals who have not dealt with substance use disorder may not understand. Is that just the act of staying sober can be a constant battle fighting off 20+ triggers a day and that can be on the light side. Some people are out here fighting for their life and you would have no idea.

So today, make someone feel good. Tell them you’re proud of them.

And if you’re sober - DUDE! I’m SO PROUD OF YOU!! 🤩
