Welcome to Nia with LInda! Classes combine dance technique with martial arts and mindfulness practices from the healing arts. Call Linda at 355-5002 Chugach St.
Classes with Linda are held every Wed. night at 6 p.m. at the Blue Mountain building at 1220 S. in Palmer, and every Thurs. evening at 6 p.m. at the Wasilla Senior Center. Classes are $10 and punch cards are available at a reduced rate. Call Linda at 355-5002 for more information.
