Maia Lily Bodywork

This is a great time of year for a deep unwinding— shed what no longer serves you just like the trees.

We’ve come a long way from our single story dwelling. Renovations are ongoing, but the treatment room is back in business!

Sessions will now be offered in Brownington on Sunday mornings, hope to see you!

The spine is meant to be flexible. With built in curves and vertebrae stacked carefully one upon another, it should move with ease— allowing you to turn, twist, arch and bend all while supporting you.

When I check for dysfunction, the first thing I’ll do is see where in your back things feel stuck. Hone in on the segments that have the least mobility and help you regain that flexibility by the end. Each vertebra corresponds to other parts of your body, some can impact nearly everything (and vice versa) while others are more associated with arms, legs, certain organs etc. Counterstrain helps you achieve spinal flexibility so you can get back to your roots.

Temporary clinic relocation this summer! Our sweet little pond-side home is about to undergo a big renovation, so I will be offering sessions at a new address from June 20th-August 15th.

New temporary address:
5137 VT Rt. 105
East Charleston, VT 05833

Please keep this in mind when booking over the summer. New address is posted on my website and will be updated in session notification emails as well.

Well I've been in full time mom mode lately, but there are a few things coming down the pike such as a temporary new clinic space for the summer. So stay tuned!
